This project encompasses a comprehensive feasibility study and schematic design for a farm-stay resort masterplan, spanning approximately 82 hectares of forest area near Dalat, Vietnam.
The expansive site was strategically divided into six development zones, categorized by their unique concepts and phased development order. The scope of the study was exhaustive, incorporating environmental analysis, business visioning, and land-use concepts, alongside the curation of guest activities, circulation networks, and site-specific planting and material strategies.
